We reserve the right to send replacement
parts, send a qualified service technician to make repairs,
or to exchange components in lieu of a complete unit
Shipping damage must be reported
within 48 hours to be covered. After this period, the
customer has agreed to accept delivery.
In no case will Genius Goods Inc,
the manufacturers, any subsequent warehouse or delivery
company be responsible for the shipping cost of a return.
In addition, there is
a restocking fee, usually around 15% of the items price
that covers labor, transaction fees, and other expenses.
On returns, we take losses despite this fee, so we will
do whatever is necessary to avoid them.
In no situation and under
no circumstances is Genius Goods Inc liable for fees
and costs associated with a return that does not
involve product defect or damage.
